Your data

To draw a star map we need a name, a date, and optionally a place and time of birth. This page explains exactly what we do with them.

What we collect, and why

• Name, date, place and time: to draw your poster. They are stored with your order so we can print it and reprint it if needed.
• Email: to send your files, your proof if you ask for one, and order updates.
• Marketing emails: only if you tick the separate box asking for them. You can unsubscribe from any email.

How long we keep it

• Emailed proofs are deleted after 30 days.
• Order files are kept for about 13 months so we can resend or reprint them, then deleted.
• Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Who sees it

Only the people who make and ship your poster, and the services that run the shop: Shopify (orders and payments), our email provider, and our printing and storage service. We never sell your data, and names and dates are never sent to advertising or analytics tools.

Children

Many posters carry a child’s name and birth date. Please only enter a child’s details if you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to our grievance officer (below) and we’ll respond within 30 days.
