Returns and reprints

Each poster is made for one person, with their name and date on it, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind.

We reprint, free, when

• the print or frame arrives damaged (send a photo within 7 days of delivery);
• there is a mistake we made, such as a name or date that differs from what you approved;
• the print is visibly faulty (banding, colour cast, smudging).

If you made a typo

Write to us before the order is printed and we’ll fix it at no cost. After printing, we can reprint at the cost of the print.

Digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be refunded, but we’ll correct and resend them for any mistake.
